2) The structure for winding and unwinding is a dual station rotary frame, with automatic cutting without stopping the winding process.

3) Both the first substrate and the second substrate have automatic photoelectric correction function for feeding.

4) Drying system: Air top four section drying duct, with each section temperature controlled by an intelligent temperature controller and equipped with a return air device. The drying duct guide rollers are driven by independent variable frequency motors.

5) The mesh roller is a shaftless air top type, which is easy to install and use.

6) The glue roller scraper is a pneumatic back pressure structure and can move left and right.

7) The heating method for composite roller hot oil can be either internal heating or external heating.

8) The film tension is controlled by a four motor synchronous closed-loop constant tension device, and the low friction cylinder and ultra-low friction cylinder acting on the tension swing roller are both from the Japanese Tengcang brand.
